I am very pleased with my new roof. The crew they sent to do my roof was on time, took the time to cover my flower beds, and hvac. They cleaned up all of there mess from the tear off. I highly recommend them. Thanks again from the Wilkinson’s.

Atlantic Craftsman installed my new roof last week. The install team was very courteous and very quick. They installed my entire new roof in 4 and a half hours. They did a magnificent job on the clean up as well. I didn’t even find one nail! I called six different roofing companies in the area and they were the best price. I would recommend Atlantic Craftsman to anyone that needs a new roof in Hampton Roads.
A very honest and a amazing company. Very easy to work with. A great team. They did my roof super quick and it’s beautiful. Very good at explaining things to you and making you feel like you are their number one client. Would not have even known they were so busy with work. Joe was the nicest guy I met out of the 8 companies I had quote me. He was more knowledgeable then any of the rest. I went with Atlantic because I instantly trusted them. I knew they were not going to do me wrong. Donnie is the nicest guy you’ll talk to. He’s great at explaining every little detail and keeps up with YOUR job so there is no surprises. Even their office employees are the bee’s knees! I would recommend anyone to this company.
After seeing my friends roof and loving it I had them put a new roof on our home and absolutely love it so much I had a friend use them too. We can spot all the roofs in our neighborhood done by them. Word of mouth is the best advertisement…
Although my experience was sub par and my original review was not favorable. After speaking with management and discussing my experience with them, i am impressed with their customer service and willingness to ensure that the customer feels OK with the service provided. I believe that my experience with them was abnormal, thus i would giver them another chance to work on my house in the future and recommend them to others.
wonderful company. they go above an beyond. less then a week to have roof installed even with all rain that we had. everytime I hear someone say roof. atlantic craftsman is the company i tell them. an i have seen every roof companies prices none touched theres.
ask lots of questions. look up company on bbb and angie list and any other source you can find. home advisor provided a good mix of companies to use for estimates. Sears was the highest priced and highest pressure of the estimators.
The entire crew, from estimation to completion, was on time and within budget with no surprises. They finished the job in one day and after a full week we’ve only found 3 nails (which is amazing). I had to work this from out of town and Charlie and Donnie worked around my schedule and made everything happen. Would highly recommend to anyone needing roof work done.
